Pool equipment replacement takes a high level of experience and knowledge to get it done properly. Our pool technicians are trained to size the equipment appropriately for the size of the pool. The new equipment is more advanced and more energy efficient. Progressive Pools offers a variety of manufactures and types of pumps, heaters, filters, chlorine generators and all other automated equipment options.
Pumps & Filters
PUMPS AND FILTERS
Properly sized pumps and filters are critical to proper sanitation and water quality. To achieve an adequate turnover rate, the filtration pump and filters must be sized accordingly to have the capacity to handle the turnover flow rate. In addition to a properly sized pump and filter, the PVC plumbing must also be sized accordingly to handle the water flow and velocity requirement of up to date code compliant pool design. Older pools may not have a filtration system or PVC piping large enough to handle the flow and turnover rates necessary to maintain water quality and entrapment safety.
